Dear Mr. Williams. Thank you for your email. You can't help but love this property; the pictures do not do it justice. The reception rooms and the bedrooms all are beautifully proportioned with high ceilings and large windows and its romantic decorations are reminiscent  of "The Garden of the Fitzi-contini".  It is just perfect for a reunion of family or friends and  I am sure that you would enjoy your time there. You will probably eat almost all your meals outside where is a beautiful vine-covered arbor in the garden, with table and chairs which can accommodate you all. It is on the edge of a little village; a larger village, Barbarino di Mugello is a 5 minute drive , and a nice walk for those who like to  do so. 2 kilometers will get you to bars and restaurants. It is an active town with shopping, festivals, restaurants. You are also near a large lake which offers a variety of water sports.  Plus , you have your own private pool.

It is available from 26 July to 2 August.The rate of €7650 per week will include daily maid service , and  the preparation ( not the food)  of either lunch or supper daily.  There is  a  lovely couple to look after you , and she is a very good cook. When I  last visited, she had put flowers in every room, and lit candles everywhere. If you want  more than one meal a day,  there will be a small extra charge.
